Improving Sleep Health
Project SHINE (Sleep Health INitiative for Equity) at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities is a community-based research partnership focused on improving sleep health among African American adults. Grounded in collaboration with Black churches, Project SHINE offers a culturally responsive sleep program that addresses the everyday stressors and structural barriers that impact rest. Together with faith leaders and congregation members, we aim to promote sleep as a foundation for health, resilience, and well-being.
*Eligible participants can earn between $150-250 in Amazon giftcards for completing the study.
